Celebration of World Day on 22nd March, 2023
Indore centre of IWWA, has observed the World Water Day on 22nd March, Mr. Vijay
Charhate (Director, YFW) has given the welcome address, the Dignitaries on Dias were
welcomed with Coconut and Tulsi plant by Monika Sapre madam, Er.R.K. Jain sir and
Er. Ajay Shrivastav sir.... About the theme of the WWD theme,and importance of it,
was presented by Dr. R. K. Shrivastav Sir( Hon.Jt. Secretary) , then Er. Sudhir
Saxena ( Ex. Engineer in Chief, PHE Deptt, Past President of IWWA, and Past Chairman
IWWA Indore) has spoken with slide show the need of the theme, importance of vision
, since Ramayan era, with the very short stories ( like Panchtantra) he has narrated
very nicely.... further he forced to think, how a small self contribution of
everyone can change a lot. He himself given the practices adopted by him and family
members , to start with to achieve the goal of 2030... During Q&A, many members
asked their queries,which were well replied by him.
Er. V. S. Solanki (Chief Engineer PHE Indore) has spoken about the problems of Rural
areas, and the simplified solutions adopted by the Department, which are being well
adopted by public .... with the hands of Er. Sudhir Saxena sir and Dr. R. K.
Shrivastav Sir, the prize of best lecture (2021-22), was given to Mr. Amit Saxena,
at the end Vote of thanks given by Er. Noor. Mohd. Quraishi, Chairman IWWA Indore,
with his own practice adopted. At last a group photo has been taken... Thanks
